ANZ's Small Business Banking area is a highly successful and dynamic business providing a full range of banking solutions to customers throughout Australia. We are one of the fastest growing areas within ANZ and seek a motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) specialist to join our successful team based in Mona Vale, NSW.
Working with a job share partner, you will generate new small business clients, foster business relationships and identify cross sell opportunities through developing a strong local referral network. An essential element to your success is the ability to develop strong internal alliances within the branch network. You share product knowledge and coach colleagues to better identify potential new small business opportunities.
Skills, knowledge and experience:
- Proven experience in a customer facing role
- Personal banking experience with great exposure on lending
- Extensive sales background in a client facing role
- Business banking exposure highly regarded
