This position is located in Bellingham with an insurance brokerage. The position is open due to a recent retirement. This is a generalist book of small commercial accounts with average premium of 5K-10K. Total book revenue is about $250K. The mix of accounts requires the account manager to be good at transactional business as well as skilled enough to handle more complex clients as needed. The position supports two producers who are writing a lot of new business. This book does not have an assistant so you must be able to service the book independently. Marketing skills and knowledge of carrier appetites are desired skills along with proven ability to work in an AMS 360 paperless setting. A WA P C license and 2+ years of commercial agency support experience is required for the role.
