Small/Smid Cap Value Analyst
Responsibilities:
Effectively conduct industry and sector research, drawing upon the resources of the Columbia internal research analysts, as well as other primary and secondary research sources. Make investment recommendations while understanding , adhering to and maintaining the team's fundamental and quantitative investment management process.
Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree
-Quantitative skills
-5+ years of dedicated equity research experience in domestic small cap with demonstrated success in generating performance.
-Experience as a small cap equity analyst working for a large buy side institutional management firm required
-Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-MBA or CFA preferred
