Snr Business Analyst recruitment
My banking client is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst who can oversee the development and delivery of Front Office trading applications. With particular focus on Order Management Systems (Charles River, Latentzero, Fidessa etc) candidates must have extensive knowledge and understanding of investment management and Equities business processes.
As a Senior BA you must have strong stakeholder liaison and management skills and excellent requirement gathering techniques and be able to produce detailed project documentation. Team leading experience, meeting tight deadlines and being able to mentor and support junior staff is essential.
You will be from a buy-side or sell-side environment, have experience working closely with front office traders or portfolio managers and have 5+ years experience in a similar Front Office Snr Business Analyst role within a banking/finance environment.
