Snr Director / MD – Consumer, Industrials, Healthcare, Energy, Telco recruitment
Our client is a leading advisory and asset management focused boutique in the west end.
Having already established a solid sell side presence in FIG, Tech/Media and Sponsors they seek to capitalise on the current activity in Industrials, Energy, Telecoms and Consumer with the addition on snr Directors or MDs with proven track records or origination and execution in the above areas.
The proposition is a flat, seamlessly run, profitable boutique with mass and track record with a guaranteed pay out model, based on a smaller basic salary (around 130k) but an all cash, academic bonus model (up to 35% of what you bring in).
We are interested to speak to all those at the experienced Director or MD level in any of the above sectors, ideally with recent US or European big bank experience.
The opportunity will suit those that feel enthused about building a business on a relatively entrepreneurial platform.
