My client is Award winning Software House based in Dublin 12.
They have been voted one of the best companies to work for while
growing over 30% in the last 2 years. They are looking to take on
a Architect or a Snr Java developer with good Web, Database and
Server side Java.
Your Role:
In this role, there will be very little
coding as the majority of the role will be high level design.
Coming into the architect team of 6, you will be involved in lead
design, setting the strategy across the board within an agile team.
Analysing business requirements and identify various alternative
technical solutions based on different architectures and techniques
and providing realistic and accurate development estimates.
Performing high-level design based on provided business requirements.
Designing IT solution architectures to address the organisations long
term strategic needs.
Working as part of Agile Project teams, providing guidance on designs
and being a knowledgeable reference on our system and technologies.
Specifying changes and enhancements to our platform.
Designing unit and integration test plans.
Your Skillset
Prior involvement in a number of projects using Java / J2EE in
a web based environment OR in an Architectural capacity
7 years or more Java/J2EE programming.
Good Problem Solving experience.
Salary is circa 75,000 with guaranteed bonus, pension, VHI and much more.
