My client is focused within the Financial Services Industry
They are seeking to take on two Java Software Engineers to come in
and work within their Product team of 12.
They are in the middle of redesigning the architecture of their Product
and looking to expand the Company as well.
My client has entered a growth phase and are looking to expand
their business in the next 6 months.
Your Role:
Working with Java 6, Spring, Hibernate, Groovy on Grails, AJAX, JQuery.
You will work on all aspects of the software development life-cycle including;
functional and technical spec development, software design implementation
and application testing.
Work with Solutions Architects to enhance product design
Write software to implement business functional requirements
and conduct unit tests
Assist the testing group in developing integration and functional test
Provide and review estimates around all technical aspects of a solution
Develop quality software that is easy to support and maintain
Your Skillset
Minimum 5 years Java experience successfully developing web
based Java applications
Ability to develop and implement solutions within a
team-oriented environment
Experience working within a disciplined software development lifecycle
analysis design, test configuration management, and maintenance techniques
Familiar with Agile methodologies good knowledge of Spring and Hibernate
