Prestigious global Asset Manager seeks an experienced product governance manager with in-depth knowledge of a wide range of fund products across multiple jurisdictions.
This is an extremely high impact role requiring applicants to be strong people managers, ideally with practical experience of managing both direct and remote teams. Key purpose of the role will be to oversee all aspects of governance whilst simultaneously undertaking complex strategic projects and driving through change. The ultimate aim is to improve both profitability and client experience and this will involve undertaking product, market and competitor analysis, and driving through the implementation of process and product change.
In addition to superior funds knowledge/experience and proven people and project management skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate the proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels in offices across the globe. An excellent understanding of European fund regulation and the wider global asset management industry is essential.
