Key Job Responsibilities
• Maintaining SLA in the Server infrastructure environment
• Managing server and data Backups on a daily basis
• Working in a team environment, providing support and leadership to peers
• Designing new server solutions to fit the business requirements
• Documenting Operating procedures for team and auditors
Qualification/Experience
• Professional / Technical Skills
• 5+ Years’ experience supporting AT LEAST 4 of :
• Microsoft Server 2000 / 2003 / 2008
• Microsoft Exchange
AND
• 3+ Years’ experience supporting AT LEAST 2 of:
• VMware ESX / vSphere / vCentre
• Red Hat Linux (Or Solaris, Linux, Unix)
• Citrix Presentation Server/ XenApp
• NetApp FAS
• Certified in AT LEAST 2 of the following:
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer
• VMware Certified
• Red Hat Certified
• NetApp Certified
• Cisco Certified
• Strong personal organisational
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Service oriented and adaptable and resilient
• Results oriented and personal accountability
• Quality and control, with excellent attention to detail
