The Social Media Account Manager will be responsible for end to end social media campaign management - planning, strategy, implementation, management, monitoring and reporting - you name it! All this alongside being client facing. This really gives the successful candidate the chance to own a campaign from beginning to end, knowing that all the work you put in to the strategy and planning phases gets carried out properly and that the results are then clear to each client. You'd also be involved in some project management work, so making sure budgets are right, work is being carried out and the timeframes are being adhered to.
The role requires someone with a really innovative outlook, who can take client briefs and turn them into something amazing. Knowledge of social media monitoring and reporting tools is great, but the main thing is proof of having run successful campaigns for clients!
