Which is where you come in.  As our Social Media Digital Marketing Manager, you'll drive new social media and digital campaigns across our product lines and services. This is a brand new role for us, so you'll have every opportunity to make it your own and take the lead on our innovation in digital and social media - all while enjoying exposure to some of our most senior managers.
 
What you'll give our customers as a Social Media Digital Marketing Manager

It will be down to you to make sure our social media and digital activities are engaging and effective. How? By gathering requirements from teams across the business, delivering on those requirements and working with our marketing teams to optimise the social media platform, and so better position our business, brand and propositions. The end result will be improved processes, increased digital and social influence across truly integrated campaigns. Put simply, you'll look after the social media and digital elements of our campaigns, from planning and delivery through to evaluation.

What you'll need as a Social Media Digital Marketing Manager
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a strong background in social media, digital media, brand and performance management. Broad marketing skills are a must and, although specific product or industry knowledge isn't essential, an appreciation of regulatory compliance is vital.
