I. SUMMARY
Responsible for organizing and coordinating all online marketing activities for Boot Barn, including websites, e-
mail, social media, Facebook (posts), and Twitter (tweets) interactions; taking on new challenges, producing results, increasing marketing share, customer service and so on.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Leads implementation of holistic social media strategy that fully addresses the opportunities and risks presented by social media.
Oversees day-to-day activities and presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other similar community sites.
Engages in social media dialogues and coordinates with Boot Barn businesses to respond customer feedback where appropriate.
Determines benchmarks for measuring the impact of web and social media programs; and analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Prepares regular reports on insights gained from website and social media monitoring for the Marketing team to help them evolve strategies in a timely fashion.
Maintains internal social media guidelines and educates stakeholders as needed.
Leads research and creative brainstorming for web and social media marketing campaigns.
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
III. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Ability to:
multitask and give clear direction to the team
act as a liaison between the E-Commerce and Marketing Department
proficiently utilize and apply computer-related skills
proficiently maneuver and utilize multiple major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Blogging, etc.)
move, handle, and lift merchandise up to 25 pounds
work varied hours/days as business dictates
