Society Relations Representative recruitment
In this role you will coordinate the Body’s strategic objectives for education, marketing, communications and advocacy throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa divisions. You will build and enhance relationships with members and staff and assist with the planning and delivery of society leader meetings for some of the most senior investment professionals in the region. You will be responsible for developing new society branches and affiliated groups and for training both new and established society leaders and staff to enhance effectiveness and best practice adoption. In addition you will determine how local societies can align their business with the Central Body through understanding their strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record from a professional membership body or financial firm and will hold a degree or equivalent qualification. You will have exemplary communication skills, including written, listening, presentation and verbal, as well as a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Ideally you will have excellent consulting and analytical skills with the ability to time manage effectively. Proficiency in a language other than English would be beneficial and you should be comfortable with traveling to events and conferences.
