Our team of 3 developers and 2 designers is looking for you to take the lead in developing the architecture of our web and internal systems. We need you to think about how all of our systems interact, how they respond to change, and pick what technologies we use to meet the needs of our users.
We have big plans to use digital media to reach our audience. Your help in developing simple solutions to complex problems will allow us to reach a wider audience. You will be challenged with meaningful projects and be in the presence of a team that appreciates you.

Skills Requirements

Spent the last 5-10 years implementing and optimizing large-scale web projects, at least 1 year experience working with Ruby on Rails is preferred.

Confidence integrating SaaS applications and cloud solutions.

Understanding of different development methodologies, including agile.

Demonstrated understanding of business applications, including ERP and CRM systems.

Experience working with web designers with a proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript.
