Metanga (a unique product from global billing leader MetraTech Corp.) is an on-demand SaaS billing solution for monetizing cloud platforms and cloud-based applications.
Without the need for programming or professional services, Metanga allows you to flexibly configure payment capture, pricing, promotions, and bundling for revenue maximization. Metanga also drives the calculation of simple or complex charges, bill creation, customer support, account management, emails, and mobile and online bill presentment. Lastly, Metanga allows companies to enhance revenue capture by automating nearly any billing model.
The Community Manager will maintain and manage a diverse group of customers and increase their engagement with Metanga. S/he will also be responsible for driving awareness and propagating the message of the company, and will ensure positive associations with the Metanga brand are maintained, managed and where possible built on. S/he will execute upon internal communication campaigns developed to create excitement around functionality and thought leadership, create buzz about Metanga drive increased adoption and lower churn. The Community Manager will possess strong writing and project management skills and a demonstrated passion for social media and online communities.
Responsibilities
· Champion customer needs and roadmap deliverables
· Develop and evolve compelling content published within the community and strive to enhance community experience as users increase their use of billing services
· Ensure community content and messaging is consistent with the brand
· Moderate user conduct, answer posted questions and engage with community members to facilitate interaction and optimize use of platform
· Actively grow all internal and external communities and forge strong relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure a steady flow of engaging, useful and accurate content
· Support for deliverables that contribute to the strategy development and launch of an internal marketing campaign, including execution of communication and marketing plans, oversight of technology development and alignment of related tools, processes and technology
· Train internal community members who may desire to support other members
· Source to relevant SMEs and/or respond to online discussions or inquiries that should receive a response from the organization
· Work with Learning Development team as needed to create virtual training materials to help users get the most from the various communities
