SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for maintaining the CM infrastructure and environment of the Software Product Development team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing policies and ensuring compliance, quality, and best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides expertise in software migrations and the integration testing of code
Provides technical leadership in the creation and implementation of build controls, baselines and performs builds
Creates, maintains, and automates build scripts
Troubleshoots build and release problems,
Automates the creation of deployment packages to be handed‐off to the QA team
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003, and object oriented design and development
Good understanding of source control, particularly Microsoft Visual SourceSafe
Experience with WISE, Install Shield, and developing Windows installations
Experience with Windows Server (IIS) and Microsoft SQL Server (T‐SQL a plus)
Familiarity with XML, ADO, HTML, ASP, VB, Scripting languages
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of related training and experience
