Position Description:

Software Consultants work as part of our Professional Services team to deliver implementation and consulting services as well as participate in the design and delivery of introductory and advanced software training for eFinancePLUS.

Responsibilities include:
Implementation Services.
Working with Customers to facilitate and design the use of our Human Resources and Payroll software.
Use appropriate tools and processes based on company and industry norms.
Working in a team environment with project managers and other staff to bring our customers “live” on our ERP system.
Extensive travel required, up to 100%
Learn comprehensive Payroll and Human Resources accounting system and apply knowledge to train/support clients.
On-site and Remote delivery as needed.
Participate internally on implementation improvement activities.
Follow up phone calls/visits as needed with districts.
Participate in the design of professional development offerings.

Position Requirements:
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelors Degree required, preferably in business, finance or accounting.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical training, product support and/or software consulting / product instruction.
Candidates with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, create presentations, and deliver training.
Understanding the basic concepts of database management systems.
Must be proficient MS Office applications.
Must be able to learn/use the Company’s software products with ease.
Must be a team player.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess good time management skills.
Consistently maintain a positive attitude good customer relations skills.
Must be able to teach and be a leader.

Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Candidates with management experience are preferred.
Preferred candidates will have experience with implementing large ERP systems focused on Human Resources or Payroll.
Prior experience with computerized financial/payroll systems preferred.
Experience with SQL a plus.
