Job description
You will develop sophisticated DSP algorithms for use in our, world-wide sold, digital hearing instruments. Goal is to provide optimal processing of the sound delivered to the hearing impaired user. Examples include reduction of various types of noise (using one or more microphones), feedback suppression, strategies for individual fitting, data logging, PC communication and wireless links. Our challenge is to bring ever more product benefits to our hearing impaired customers in a highly competitive market.

Requirements
· M.Sc. (or B.Sc. with very relevant experience) in electrical engineering, physics, computer science or comparable
· Skilled + passionate with DSP and optimal programming within the available time window
· Used tools: Matlab, C/C++/C#, assembly, Target DSP compiler, in-company tools
· Good social skills and communication skills
· Good English language skills (and Dutch, or willing to learn)
· Team player with overview and accuracy, responsible attitude, smart, innovative, proactive, creative, hands-on mentality
Conditions of employment
Employment basis: year contract with our clear aim to enter a permanent work contract
Preferably 40 hours per week
