Software developer, HFT background recruitment

To qualify for this role, you have significant experience developing in C/C++ with very tight resource/latency constraints.

You have experience writing embedded C/C++ to run custom hardware or non-traditional hardware architectures, and you have a good understanding of hardware/software interaction. You've developed on Linux and its network stack, and probably have usually used other operating systems. You also know common networking protocols and are quite skilled in performance tuning and troubleshooting. Many people don't come from the trading industry, but you do need experience from any industry that squeezes every bit of speed out of innovative and unique hardware.
