Development of new GoTechnology Software. Provide support for existing applications.

Responsibilities:
To work within the parameters of the QED Management System and ISO 9001:2008. Responsibilities will include, but may not be inclusive of:
Provide support for existing applications, liaising with clients via email, telephone or in-person for related issues
To carry out modifications and the further development of existing applications
To work through all steps of the software development lifecycle as part of a development team on new software projects
To complete specific pieces of work in the allocated time frame
Provide National and International Onsite software support and alignment when required.
