The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport WA is responsible to the Naval Sea and Air Systems Commands for developing and testing Tactical Decision Aid (TDA) and Computer Based Training (CBT) products for various warfare communities. Included in this support is the development, maintenance, testing, and support for a variety of tactical and non-tactical systems. BAE Systems is currently assembling a team to pursue a solicitation for these services and invites qualified applicants to join our team. 

BAE Systems seeks a Software Developer to support the design, documentation, programming and testing of software components for a large scale software development project in a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will be fluent in Java and be responsible for validating/decomposing requirements; developing Use Cases with Subject Matter Experts; preparing Software Design Documentation to the IEEE 12207 standard; participating in Design and Peer Code Reviews; coding, integrating, and testing developed applications; and debugging and fixing any formal test findings. One to two short trips per year to various CONUS locations may be required.

This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and will be paid a fixed annual salary.
