Software Development Director – Banking CRM Systems recruitment
Our client is a leading global financial institution that is building a new CRM platform to meet the demand from their expanding business.
Responsibilities of the role:
- To be overall responsible for architecture, design and development of the CRM platform requiring technical and people management skills.
- Management of an offshore development team of 40+.
- Accessing the data structures and making recommendations for development.
- Liaising with the business and utilizing customer relationship management, reference data and system knowledge to improve platform design.
Requirements of the role:
- 15+ years technology background with a proven background of large scale enterprise design and development.
- Previous 5+ years managing development teams including either direct management of sizable development teams or management of offshore development functions.
- Strong business understanding of complex CRM systems and reference data systems.
- Previous banking or finance sector experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ideally also able to speak Mandarin
