Volt is currently seeking a qualified, professional for an exciting new opportunity. This professional will be responsible for ensuring all customer questions, issues and problems are documented, researched and resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
*Preparing activity reports
*Tracking and documenting solutions.
*Identifying and prioritizing urgent matters.
*Redirecting problems to appropriate resources.
*Administering help desk software.
*Logging all interactions.
*Advising user on appropriate actions.
*Researching questions using available resources.
*Diagnosing and resolving software related issues.
*Processing incoming requests for technical assistance via phone and electronically.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will posses the following skills:
*At least 3 years of customer support or help desk experience.
*Associate's Degree or technical certificate in computer-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Proficiency in MS Office products, including Work, Excel and Outlook.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
