Software Development Manager (C# / ASP.Net) - Southampton - £50k-£55k

Software Development Manager (C# / ASP.Net) required to join a leading Software House in Southampton, Hampshire. My client will rely on you to work closely with the organisation to develop, align and integrate key processes and develop new projects initiatives managing multiple projects through their life cycle. To be successful in gaining this role, you to be required to bring proven knowledge of developing web based applications, you will have experience of front end development and be able to develop applications against business driven requirements, whilst managing a team of up to 8 other developers.
You will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and conscientious with a wide range of skills. You should be able to demonstrate flexibility, organisational skills and be resourceful under pressure.

Key Skills Required:
• Leadership Experience
• A minimum of 3 years ' experience of working within a software house environment
• People Management Skills
• Working knowledge of the following development languages, C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL.
• Experience of working to Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Analytical Commercial Experience.
• Eye for Detail and identifying and solving problems.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good knowledge of the project development lifecycle.
