Job Description:
Be a part of the dynamic, next generation e-banking solution which will significantly change the way we provide global banking services to our corporate clients. You will work with the latest technologies on one of the largest corporate e-banking systems. You will have the opportunity to learn about various e-banking technologies and my client’s Corporate Cash Management business.

We deal with all aspects of cash management and cater to the processing capabilities of multiple countries in all primary regions.
Knowledge/Experience required
Experience of managing software development projects and teams successfully, demonstrated people and project management skills
10 + years of software development experience with 5+ years of technology project management experience is required.
Negotiation, difficult conversation management and prioritization skills
Flexibility to handle multiple complex projects and changing priorities
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
The candidate must demonstrate understanding of Oracle databases, Websphere, .NET, Sharepoint.
Knowledge of Java, J2EE stack
Experience in managing SOA application development.
Skills:
Experience with managing development of client-facing, enterprise scale software applications is required. Experience in the UI usability domain is a plus.

Experience with Banking and Cash management applications is a plus.
