Software Development Manager / Sr. Programmer (Telecommute) U.S Only at Custom Software Lab (Oklahoma City, OK) (allows remote)

Candidate MUST HAVE Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of full lifecycle software development manager experience in the 
custom web and software application industry (web application development), managing 
small to large sized projects.

• A minimum of 7 years of verifiable custom software development experience for B2B/B2C 
PHP or Java applications.

• Proven experience in working with client and development teams to independently write / 
manage project specification documents that are used as gold versions for projects.

• Skilled with JIRA project management tool

• Skilled with latest Adobe creative suites (Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Fireworks) and Html 
and/or CSS.

• Experience using several development approaches (waterfall ideal)

• Broad technical knowledge including database, applications, infrastructure, methodologies, 
and tools Knowledge of and experience with HTML, PHP and Java based application 
development platforms.

• Strong understanding of the custom web, software and mobile development life cycles 
including both waterfall and agile methodology concepts.

• Demonstrable experience leading multiple web application development teams using 
Waterfall Methodology experience with User Story development and Planning.

• Highly motivated, dedicated, energetic and must have high ethics, integrity and interpersonal 
skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven ability 
to facilitate, negotiate, and problem solve with people from different backgrounds and 
mindsets.

• Independently and actively manage all aspects of project scope, issues/risks, 
schedule/deliverables, communication, team and client relationships on the daily basis.

• Ensure project consistently meets the client’s expectations and that the client approvals  
sign-offs on all major deliverables.
