Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has several Web Application Engineer Direct Hire opportunities with a leading company in Menlo Park, CA.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Experience in Java, JavaScript, Servlets, HTML, CSS

  • Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, MS SQL Server or MySQL

  • 2-year minimum experience with XML and JavaScript

  • Proficient in Ajax development

  • Programming experience in Browser based B2B or Consumer type Application development

  • Experience with enterprise application scalability and performance issues

  • Experience with Groovy, ANT utility, Velocity Template Engine, and Database Transaction is a plus

  • Familiarity with Industry Leading Application Servers

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work reliably as part of a larger team

  • B.S. in Computer Science, M.S. a plus
