JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Responsible for analysis, design, and implementation of solutions for complex business problems according to user specification
● Can lead in the design, specification and implementation of application architectures to support business applications
● Develops or approves detailed program specifications for self and others
● Ensures that programs are functionally appropriate and technically sound. Understands interdependencies and acts to avoid problems
● Complies with project management methodology requirements as appropriate
● Analyzes trends to proactively prevent problems
● Works closely with project manager to develop and update the task plan for application work and keep the manager aware of any issues


Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Experience with 4GL, Informix, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, UNIX, C, Java
2. Ability to analyze, design, and implement solutions for complex business problems according to user specification
3. Supply chain experience


Other Skill Requirements:
● Strong written and verbal skills
● Strong customer service/team orientation
● Experience providing alternative actions
● Ability to facilitate issue investigation and resolution
● Self-starter, able to engage customers and other application development groups with limited or no direction
● Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle within a variety of technologies and applications
