Software Engineer Lead, IAM

KP Information Security Identity Access Management is seeking a Software Engineer who will be responsible for support Identity and Access manager infrastructure. Job Role: As Identity infrastructure lead engineer you'll use your strong technical and troubleshooting ability to quickly root cause system issues and fix them. You will lead the systems support team. You will delegate work to team members. You will develop troubleshooting policies, methodologies, and standards. You will work with architect and evaluate and select tools to facilitate problem resolution. You will mentor team or project members on problem resolution methods. You will help in formulating best practices and implementing them. You will document root cause, create and implement remediation plans. You will be on call duty roster for production support. You will engage with business groups to understand and resolve production and non production environment issues. Job Responsibilities: - Keep abreast of new and emerging software developments; evaluate alternative approaches and recommends new products or modifications that will enhance operations and development activities. - Perform problem determination and resolution. - Provide in-depth consulting to management and staff at the highest level in the identification and resolution of major problems. - Provide guidance and technical assistance to the staff in the installation and testing of new and existing product releases and in fine-tuning of existing systems software to provide optimal performance. - Work with clients and vendors to achieve timely software installation and maintenance. - Design the integration of Identity infrastructure applications. - Identify system requirements and analyzes existing product software and recommends modifications which will enhance operating capacity and meet business requirements. - Lead information-sharing sessions to enhance the technical skills of KP-IT staff. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Computer Science or related discipline, or 4 years of additional relevant work experience. - A minimum of 8 years experience in systems ongoing support, analysis/programming, and implementation. -Subject matter expert in Tivoli Identity Manager, Directory Server (LDAP) (preferred Tivoli Directory server), Microsoft AD, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Aveksa Access Certification tool. -Shell scripting and SQL. -Familiar with HIPPA and SOX Compliance. -Hands-on experience in Linux and Windows. -Experience in production support. -Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: -Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. -CISSP certified. -Working experience in Internet security field and programming experience in Java, Javascript, perl and HTML are pluses
