Are you looking for an opportunity to learn something new and be part of a close nit team? We are located in the Phoenix/Tempe area and we are looking for either Senior or mid-level developers to work on a fulltime basis. We need the right candidate to have a strong background in Java with the willingness to learn C# and possibly some .NET. If you already have both, even better!

What you need for this position:
- Strong Java and or J2EE
- C# or .NET framework experience would be a plus for this position
- Any background with other languages, C#, Java, C++, C, .NET framework would be a plus (must be open to learn C#.NET)
- IDE's such as Eclipse and or Visual studio would be helpful
- Extensive database and operating systems experience with MS SQL 2008 specifically
- Internet technologies, including HTML 4 and 5, CSS 2.0, JSP, JavaScript, SMTP, XML
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2008, SharePoint knowledge, and VMware background is highly desired but not necessary
- Great communication skills
What will you be doing:
- Full life cycle development
- Collaboration with other developers and analysts
- Programs and applications mainly using Java and C#
- Product enhancements, updates and new development
- Research, documentation, and recommendations for new technology
