SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT / BUSINESS ANALYST Job in Phoenix 85016, Arizona US
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team as a software implementation consultant / business analyst. In this position you will be joining a software implementation team currently tasked with rolling out the HP TRIM ECM product within a large organization. This involves engaging our client's employees in workshops, analyzing configuration requirements, documenting required changes, reviewing existing business processes, training users on new software, and providing occasional desktop-level support to end-users.
Specific Duties:
- Engage departmental employees and elicit/document requirements
- Assist in developing and modifying systems requirements documentation to meet client needs
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes
- Implement software within newly targeted departments
- Provide training and technical support to end users during implementation of new products/services
- Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes
Skill/Qualifications:
- The incumbent must have a relevant Bachelor Degree (Information Science, Computer Science, Records Management, etc) or equivalent experience in the field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with implementing software solutions
- Excellent Communication and Documentation skills
- Ability to present/disseminate information to diverse groups of people
Restrictions:
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no foreign worker sponsorship provided)
- No sub-contractors
- A background check is mandatory
- A credit check may be required by our customers
- At least implementation reference must be provided
Other Notes:
- Must be willing to relocate to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area
- Travel is not required for this position
- We offer quarterly performance bonuses based on customer satisfaction
- If you are relatively new to the industry we are willing to train you on some skills, but you must have some relevant experience already
