Do you have experience of providing training on software solutions and a track record of supporting hardware? If so, our client, a provider of web-based software tools for the salon and spa industry, is looking for a savvy Software Implementation / Training Specialist to join their team.

For this role, our client is looking for an ambitious, dynamic and hardworking team player who wants to be part of a building a truly great international company and make a difference to the industry worldwide.

As a Software Implementation / Training Specialist, you'll be working with training colleagues throughout the UK, predominantly London, to ensure consistency and quality of training materials and delivery. Whilst you will predominantly be out in the field, on occasion, you will also be required to attend the office Leatherhead, Surrey.

To be considered for this unique opportunity, you must have experience of the following:

- Implementing and providing training on software solutions
- Supporting hardware, including PCs, printers and monitors

As a Software Implementation / Training Specialist, you'll need to be comfortable training groups of people and have an excellent track record of providing first class customer care.

Experience of working with salon management software would be beneficial, as would a third level qualification or degree.
