Job Description:
Product Analyst position(s) working on Soarian Clinicals, a premier Enterprise Electronic Health Record information system. Analyst will work closely with a team of analysts and engineers to support the product development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities are:
-- Participate in high quality testing of software being developed, identifying risks to product quality
-- Define, design, and execute test plans for new feature functions
-- Analyze escaped defects (Root Cause Analysis)
-- Troubleshoot problems
-- Follow testing methodologies
-- Participate in planning and estimating testing activities
-- Work closely with development team to resolve issues
-- Work with cross functional teams to resolve problems
-- Create test data

Required skill set:
-- Soarian Clinicals and/or healthcare software testing experience preferred
-- Understanding of information systems, interfaces, and databases.
--Familiarity with version control applications, such as Rational ClearCase, and formal testing tools, such as Quality Center, preferred
-- Strong analytical skillset with emphasis on problem solving.
-- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, attention to detail in completing work tasks, strong organizational skills, ability to manage time to meet deadlines, and a mature and professional demeanor.
