What you need for this position:
- 3+ years Product Management, Project Management, or Software Engineering experience, ideally with a Software-as-a-service company
- 3+ years customer/client facing experience
- Background with software development life cycle - i.e. design, analysis, coding, testing, debug, documentation, etc.
- Should come from or have a startup mentality
- SaaS experience is a big plus
What you'll be doing:
- Planning Managing client projects for on-time, in budget release and delivery
- Farming client relationships through high-level service, collaboration delivery
- Leading client development projects: defining, designing, developing, testing, implementing customization(s) through our portfolio of products/offerings
- Planning, developing, debugging, testing, implementing enhancing cutting-edge, real-time collaboration solutions
- Analyzing, determining utilizing creative problem solving skills to approach different tasks and goals
