Software Project Coordinator/Tester Job in Renton 98057, Washington US
Position Overview:
The person in this position will be tasked with testing new and existing software, documentation for software (including user manuals, test plans, bugs, etc.), answering both internal and external customer support requests, and contributing to future product development for the company's software products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing test plans for software
- Provide technical assistance to other internal departments regarding the use and problem resolution of software programs
- Work with customers to resolve escalated support issues
- Writing documentation and developing user manuals
- Additional job duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Experience in software testing or development (personal or college projects included)
- Very strong English (written and oral) communications skills
- Knowledge of writing code and solid understanding of computing fundamentals
- Proficiency in oral and written English language communication
