Accountable for IB metrics of Premium CT Software (open complaints, aging and trending, etc.). Serve as focal point for IB issues related to Premium CT Software. Work with Complaint Handling Unit (CHU), CT Software engineering teams (Host, Recon, Scan), service online engineers, local QA/RA team, APL IB team and customers. Perform first level of triage on assigned complaints and CSOs (Customer Satisfaction Opportunities). Work with technical leads to assign complaints and CSOs to engineers for further investigation. Drive execution to ensure investigations and resolutions are completed on time. Escalate to engineering managers as appropriate. Maintain dashboards, provide status updates, and deliver monthly quality presentations. Perform software release management activities in support of NPI and IB programs. Serve as project leader for software-related maintenance design change projects (MDCP). Interaction points include: IB programs, Engineering, Manufacturing, Console COE, and local QA team. Drive process improvements and maintain appropriate process documentation. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Engineering or Software Engineering is required. Six years of progressively responsible post-Bachelors experience as a Software Project Leader or related engineering occupation is required. Six years of experience must include some experience in system architecture and design, software development and project management, in an embedded software and systems environment. Experience also with Linux, vxWorks and C++. Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
