Are you a Project Manager with experience of Agile and Scrum? Do you have experience of developing embedded software, particularly Linux Kernel and User Space? If so, our client is in need of your talent.
As Europe’s leading independent developer of products based on PC architectures, our client is on the lookout for a savvy Software Project Manager to join their team.
As a Software Project Manager, your role will incorporate the full software development lifecycle from requirements planning and analysis to design and development, and test and support, using best in-class development processes.
In this hands-on project management role, you will plan, schedule, resource and report on all aspects and phases of a major multi-discipline project.
You’ll receive a comprehensive training plan, and for the right person, there is even excellent scope to progress.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Project management experience, including using Agile and Scrum methodology
- Experience of developing embedded software, particularly Linux Kernel and User Space
- A degree in electronics, software engineering, computer engineering or another related discipline
- A good understanding of computer architecture and network protocols
As a Software Project Manager, you’ll be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. You’ll also be comfortable dealing with business managers and stakeholders up to executive level.
Whilst not essential, the ideal candidate will have management and/or project management qualifications.
