You will utilize your background in usability and quality assurance for Java web and desktop applications. Experience using automated testing tools. The successful candidate will have an eye for good UI design, and will be able to punish our applications with a barrage of automated and manual tests that will ensure a quality product. You must be detail oriented and dependable.
Required degree: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Mathematics or in the Physical Sciences
Years of Relevant experience: 3-5
Required skills:
-Experience with Load Runner
-Experience with QTP
-Strong familiarity with web site software architecture and testing best practices
-Experience testing large web applications
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent code releases
-Ability to clearly report problems and provide risk assessments to development team
-Ability to develop and publish software quality assurance guidelines, including workflow requirements for software development
-Ability to manage the workflow of all testing and quality assurance activities
-Be able to interact daily with business, technical and project management teams.
