Software Quality Assurance Engineer Job in Phoenix 85003, Arizona US

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level QA Engineer to come in and "hit the ground running!"
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with teams (QA, Software Development, Product Management)
- Perform manual regression tests
- Submit errors and issues to software developers and retest once errors have been corrected
- Create and maintain automated test suites using open source tools like Selenium and PHP Unit
- Develop automated user interface tests for new and existing web based screens
- Analyze automated test results and report issues
Requirements:
- Experience testing web based applications
- Experience designing, coding and executing automated test scripts
- General knowledge of software development life-cycle and QA methodology
- Able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple and complex projects
- Able to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload
- Willingness to prove themselves in a merit based culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, patient demeanor
- Impeccable professional reputation with a high degree of energy, integrity, and positive spirit
- Commitment to excellence in all work activities
- Experience with start-up ventures preferred
Preferred:
- Experience coding automated tests using PHP
- Unit, Selenium IDE, or Selenium Webdriver
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Working knowledge of cross-browser limitations and compatibility
- Knowledge or experience with medical concepts and software
