- BS, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of software development/test experience

Responsibilities
- Design test-plans/test-suites for WAN Acceleration product line
- Develop and utilize automation scripts to improve efficiency
- Work with traffic generators, traffic capture and traffic replay and simulation tools for functional, performance and load testing
- Set up various networking environments based on feature spec. Test feature's defined functionality and report results
Specific Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, DNS, Authentication schemes such as LDAP/Kerberos/NTLM
- Past Experience testing TCP acceleration WFS(Windows File Share) acceleration protocols
- Experience working with traffic generator automation tools (i.e., Ixia)
- Working knowledge of SMTP, LDAP Windows domain controllers, proxy servers
- Test automation experience. Knowledge of C# Python is highly desirable
- Admin level familiarity with Windows mail clients such as Microsoft Outlook/Outlook-Express
- Experience testing applications on MS-Windows, Linux, Mac

- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Must have a "can-do" attitude and be self-directed in a fast paced engineering environment
- Experience in defining test requirements and test methodologies, and setting up the required test lab and equipment
- Ability to track defects from discovery through resolution
