Salary: £16,000 - £20,000 (28k – 40k OTE) + uncapped commission

 

An international software innovator is looking for an ambitious, target driven sales executive to join its expanding sales team in Cambridge city centre. The ideal candidate will be responding to regular customer enquiries as well as making outbound calls to existing clients. Being articulate and able to use your own initiative with the aim of achieving targets are two skills which are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and a proven record of attainment within a customer service environment.

 

Responsibilities are likely to include:

·         Owning the complete sales cycle – investigating and qualifying leads, identifying requirements, negotiating pricing and closing deals

·         Responding to new leads quickly and professionally

·         Developing relationships with existing customers

·         Building and managing a strong sales pipeline

·         Providing accurate, timely quarterly sales reports for management review

·         Supporting the Sales Team Leaders with activities consistent with the responsibilities of the role

·         Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and acting as a representative of at all times

·         Quickly establish relationships with customers

·         Employ own business acumen to obtain new customers via telephone, Email
