JOB TITLE: Software Sales Manager

PACKAGE: Basic: £75K - £80K. £150K - £160K uncapped OTE, + £6,000 Car Allowance, Pension and Health.

YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING

-Have either successful software sales management experience or be an over achieving senior sales person who is ready and looking for your first step in software sales management
-Happy to carry a personal target as well as helping and motivating the team.
-Stable career history
-Currently or previously worked for a small company
-Daily access to Guildford
-Career driven and looking for a dynamic and progressive working environment
-Be an outstanding motivator and be support focussed with the team.

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING

-Degree educated
-Formal sales training

ROLE INFORMATION

-Managing a successful team of 2 in sales, 1 account manager and 2 experienced pre-sales consultants
-Responsible for the UK sales quota currently £5m
-Measuring and monitoring the teams sales performance and up-skilling where required
-No official quota but you will be expected to contribute circa £1m
-Targeting UK Enterprise client base across all verticals
-Selling leading infrastructure software and services solutions
-£200k average order value, some £2m +
-Revenue depending you will have a remit to double the size of the UK operation through 2010/11
-Superb career opportunity.
