Job Description:
ISC is seeking a business to business sales representative who will work with clients interested in ISC’s TrackStar software. Rep will telecommute, and have a very flexible work schedule. Rep will be provided an ongoing prospect pool, from ISC’s online marketing efforts.
Rep will work with prospective clients, doing needs analysis, and product matching. Rep will be responsible for ongoing voice and email communications, and for providing materials requested by prospects. Rep will perform web-based demonstrations of software products, and follow-up to acquire contracts with customers.
This is an intermediate level position for a mature, self starter, who can take the initiative to learn the software, and then handle sales. Part or full time candidates will be considered for this position.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Highly self motivated and directed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
- Professional and dependable
- Must have flexible work schedule between the hours of 8:00 – 5:30 ET
- Must have a personal computer or laptop with Microsoft Office applications
- Must have high speed internet connection
- Must have dedicated private space to work from (telecommute)
- Sales experience (Software Sales preferred)
Desired:
- Negotiation skills
- General business expertise
- Knowledge with Human Resources, Project Management or Accounting Applications is desirable
- Degree or course work in IT related field preferred
Other:
- No travel is required
- Compensation consists of base salary, or hourly for part-time, and quarterly performance bonus
- Must sign non-compete/non-disclosure document
Compensation includes 2 weeks paid time off, 6 company holidays, and an allowance towards personal health insurance. Salary range between $15 to $20 dollars per hour, plus quarterly performance bonus. This position will be available January 1st, 2012.
