Software Sourcing recruitment
* Responsible for end-to-end sourcing activities related to the acquisition of software products and related services globally.
* Review, draft and negotiate complex agreements including Master Software License Agreements, Master Hosted Services/Software as a Service Agreements, and terms and conditions relating to IT professional services. Lead to RFP process on complex IT projects as well as contract negotiations with major vendors.
* Representing Sourcing on licensing transfers relating to the divestiture of divisions of AIG, including drafting and negotiating documents relating to the modification or early termination of software license agreements.
* Partner with Business Units, IT, Legal and Finance Departments and other support groups to ensure the timely completion of acceptable commercial and legal terms.
* Strengthen and expand existing client relationships
* Contribute to a culture built on principles of collaboration, client focus, and fact-based decision making
* Minimum 10 years experience negotiating agreements related to acquisition of software products and related services
* Expertise reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating complex commercial and legal terms and conditions
* Significant experience participating in contract reviews, consents and related documents required for divestitures of divisions or subsidiaries of a company
* Expertise analyzing, drafting and negotiating global agreements and various licensing models, including ELAs.
* Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to analyze and explain complex licensing and pricing structures.
* Strong understanding of legal concepts relating to contract negotiations.
* Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work with all levels of management
* MBA or JD preferred
