Software Support Specialist Job in Perrysburg 43551, Ohio US

Software specialist needed to provide customer and technical support for an existing software product that performs system to system integration. Skills include SQL language skills, MS SQL database skills, customer service skills. Job duties involve resolving customer reported problems, diagnosing the reported issue to root cause and recommending and or making modification to resolve the issue.

Must be literate with general programming techniques and able to diagnose between network, infrastructure, operating system, data and stored procedure issues. Must be self-managed but also work in a teamed environment coordinating problem diagnosis and resolution with senior programmers network engineers as needed. Knowledge of EDI techniques and ERP systems helpful but not required.
