As a Software Technical Support Rep (Associate Diagnostic Solutions Specialist) for Sunquest, you will be responsible for supporting our clients via phone and email with technical issues with their software applications. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the Healthcare industry! This is an exciting time to become a member of the Sunquest Technical Support Team!
In this role your key contributions will be to:
- Respond to and resolve non-complex client problems as they relate to technical software issues
- Serve as liaison between the company and customers
- Build customer relationships by keeping customers informed of how and when problems are resolved
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills
- Customer support skills
- High school diploma
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work second shift hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer technical support experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
