Job Description:
You will be working directly with our major ministry partners in North America. Primary emphasis is to train and mentor these clients on our donor management product suite known as DonorStudio.
In addition, necessary participation in system testing for new releases and updates to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct on-site and remote training of our products
· Participate in creation of training materials
· Analyze results from training and work with team members to identify updates to content as needed
· Develop mastery our product suite
Qualifications:
· Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
· Experience with non-profit ministries a plus
· Classroom style software training experience
· Able to take initiative and meet client’s needs through remote training sessions and documentation
