As a CONSULTANT with HealthMEDX, your goal is to build and maintain high customer satisfaction in the post-acute care technology field.
The Consultant’s Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Work with HealthMEDX clients to provide best practices and gain efficiency with HealthMEDX Vision products.
- Possess solid understanding of fields/industries in which HealthMEDX serves.
- Provide education and implementation services for HealthMEDEX products.
- Train client super users and end users on HealthMEDX products.
- Act as a positive representative of HealthMEDEX products and processes both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in one of the following areas is required: Home Health Care clinical/financial processes, Long Term Care clinical/financial processes, Healthcare Software systems implementation, EHR transactions. Prior healthcare consulting experience preferred.
- PC Skills: Microsoft Word, Excell, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Exchange
- Technical Skills: Must have the ability to learn and train on advanced software applications. Must be technologically proficient, and understand the foundation of EHR.
- The ability to travel at least 75%, required.
