A leading company working within fleet management and hire of equipment software based in Coventry are currently seeking an Application/Software support Engineer to join there ever expanding team. Working in a support centre environment you will be responsible for the day to day fix of Software related issues relating to a bespoke SQL application. Experience in SQL support is ideal. A certain amount of work will be involved in remotely connecting to client systems to diagnose problems so experience of this is also essential. You will also support windows mobile software on PDA's.
The successful applicant is likely to have experience of enterprise wide software packages or/and accounts systems. The following are examples:-Ibcos, Kerridge, Navision, Dynamics, Sage (any versions), Pegasus, Opera, Exchequer, Access Accounts.
