Solution Architect – Core Banking recruitment
The Solution Architect will form a part of the global solution architecture team of the global bank in rolling out new solutions and upgrading their current core banking system to its newer version.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Planning
- Develop and execute a solution strategy and business plan that support the core banking products growth
2. Subject Matter Expertise in Core Banking (Any of the products/platforms)
- Act as visionary and strategist for core banking platform implementation and upgrades.
- Provide core banking platform integration solution to the product partners systems.
- Work with vendor services to provide elements related to technology selection and implementation.
6. Methodology and Quality Assurance
- Build and maintain repository for deliverables and methodologies
- Provide quality assurance for services within solution area
Job Skills Qualifications:
1. Candidate should have a degree in computer science, Information Technology and/or Finance or its equivalent
2. 15-20 years of experience in core banking/finance platforms with minimum 5-8 years of experience in solution architect role.
3. Functional knowledge of core banking and strong understanding of accounting/product life cycle is must.
4. Sound knowledge of banking operations(cash, trade, custody and finance services) and associated workflows.
5. Must posess strong leadership skills, efficient communication and presentation skills.
